We started Soleil Global because we believe that access to free energy is transformational to broader development. Growing up in Mali, co-Founder and COO Sidi Traore acutely understands the power of power. We are a solar nonprofit leveraging the power of the sun for critical infrastructure.

At Soleil Global, we believe that infrastructure building needs to be done in partnership with the community, through local labor, training and workforce development, and with locally sourced, cost-effective parts. A broken solar pump is worthless.

As we're building the organization, we're focused on solar-powered water pumps. Access to clean water is a human right. 10,000 USD builds a water pump that can support 40+ families and is transformational in reducing the time and labor needed to supply clean drinking water.
